The Studio is designed and equipped specifically for people who want to indulge in their SM, BDSM, bondage or fetish interests or to simply spice up their sex life.  

The Studio is ideal for photo-shoots or filming due to its unique design.

It is set in seclusion in the South Warwickshire countryside of central England, located just 10 minutes drive from junction 12 of the M40, just 30 minutes drive from Birmingham International Airport and is just under one hour from London Heathrow Airport.

The Studio:

Fully equipped main playroom including: rack with cage under, bondage wheel, whipping bench, cross etc. CD player and iPod docking station.

Bedroom: four-poster bondage bed with cage under, very well lit dressing table, wigs, make-up, larger-sized shoes, boots and clothes. TV and DVD player.

Shower room with walk-in shower and gynae chair.

Kitchen and lounge area with TV and DVD player.
